10U: 4:00pm (Thursday 12/5)
12U: 4:20pm (Thursday 12/5)
14U: 5:00pm (Thursday 12/5)
16U: 6:30pm (Thursday 12/5)
18U: 8:15pm (Thursday 12/5)
ADULT: 11:00pm (Friday 12/6)

Note from our host hotel (Hampton Inn Woodbridge):
"As a practice, we obtain an onsite contact for all large groups so that we may provide the Front Desk with someone that can communicate with everyone in the group in case of an emergency, or if any issues arise. I thank you for your assistance!Below are some things to note for your stay:~With groups with young children, we ask that all minors remain supervised at all times.~We don't allow large group gatherings or parties in the lobby, as it is common area for all hotel guests. Private meeting spaces are available on property for a fee. If needing to rent a meeting space, please reach out to the Sales team for contracting prior to arrival date.~There is no outside alcohol consumption in common areas of the property, or in meeting spaces should you choose to rent one. This is so that we do not cause disruption for other guests or compromise the hotel's liquor license.~For the safety of everyone on property, there is no passing, playing, running, or practicing in the hotel.These policies and others will also be outlined during check-in.We aim for a seamless and satisfying customer experience for all of our guests.
